Day 11 Before Pictures
Today I do not have much to report other than I stayed at work longer, so I did not workout today. I am happy that I have added another vegetable to my plan and it was green beans. I am not sure why but I don't think I want to see leaf green for a while, today I had green beans and they were as if I was eating a plate of rice, the change was great to eat something solid and hot. The meat I added some burrito seasoning and it was one of the best meals I had in 2 weeks.
Also I managed to take before pictures. Although I am on day 11 already I am sure I have not changed that much.
