Nothing like a friend

Woke up this morning in pain and extremely tired. Working out was not something I wanted to do. So I have my back up. A great friend that she has all the excuses (and they are legit) not to workout and she txtd me letting me know she just finished her first week of Insanity. After a few txt later I was pushing play and pushing hard. Than waited for Rachael to do her flinch on the workout and finished strong. How about you, what did you do for your health today?
