Injury Prevention


Did my combat today. Opened the windows and felt the warm breeze of a cloudy day on the stretch. Felt amazing. Due to some unknown reason ankle hurts and I cannot figure it out why, so no jumping today... not fair. Further injury prevention is the best road right now. Always listen to your body and make sure you modify in case of discomfort. NEVER CONTINUE IF YOU ARE IN PAIN. Most of the time the insured muscle is small and it can easily tear, which than you will have to stop for longer period of time.
