Break is over

After deciding to do Combat challenge group back in December 20th I took a break from working out. Well... break is over. Today I started my challenge with 30 mins of combat. Great workout. So far the 30 mins workout was fun, not to hard and during the kicking section my legs were burning. Good easy start. I will keep everyone posted on the eating log and intensity of workout. If you did not join my challenge group this round, don't worry in 2 months I will start another one. If you are interested message me or leave a comment.
