My Second Week Started

My first day of my second week on my 90 days journey to tone up my body. I wish this would be last challenge I would do for myself but we shall see the results later. I did Tony's Core Synergistic. This and Kenpo are my favorite out of P90X. My back still hurts so had to take it easy on some moves and other I was just completely out of shape and had no strength. I felt I pushed hard. By the time I was doing Leandro's Bum Bum Rapido I was exhausted. Could not concentrate or finish the moves. Workout is over and I am going to dive head first on my power oatmeal. I am hungry!
