2 days update

Did not write yesterday, but I did back and legs with Tony's P90X, and today I did cardio recovery with Shaun T. As I said on facebook. I know I want to change my health and my body but for some reason every day it seems like I have to climb Mt. Everest. I thought by second week I would feel better about working out, but it has not become a habit yet. I must say I climbed it and it felt good once I was done, even better sice Shaun T's workout is less than one hours. One reason I love both workout program so much is that the people are really working out... no fake smiles... you are working out, not posing for a magazine, you should not be smiling.... of course only after you are done.
