Today is day 4 of my workout. Did Insanity Cardio Power & Recovery.

Pushed all I could but with the pain in my triceps from P90X Arms and Shoulder, my push-ups were less than full power.

My tips for this workout, if you are starting out:

Modification.
I do not have the strength in my legs to do power squats, so after I can't do it anymore, I modify and do squats without the jump.
Global Jumps for some reason is very hard for me, I modify by not reaching my hands to the floor.
