You are enough!

After having a difficult day this came out of my heart and I hope it touches yours. I apologize for those that are a fan of my page as I will repost this to reach as many people as I can.

Sometimes we get caught up not only on our negativity but on the negativity of others. Don't let that other people's opinion, or lack there of, their inability to give a word of motivation, take you away from your path. It is so easy to just give up because the results does not give instant gratification or because it is taking more work than what we imagined, even easier to give up when on top of everything we have to get out of our comfort zone to truly make it happen and to top it all we tend to give up when it seems our efforts are not recognized or we receive no praise.

Know this, if we have to get out of our comfort zone than the results will come and it will be even more gratifying just because we have learned more about ourselves. 
We do not need praise or be recognized by others, the only person we have to please is ourselves and if we try to please others we will never be happy with our actions.
Find motivation in books and poems and knowing that you are giving all you got and know this is motivation enough, others will not give you what you are looking for because they are searching their own path.

Say it to yourself if you have to write it on your heart ...
